Michelin Guide Dubai reveals 2023's new Bib Gourmand restaurants

Launched in 1997, this distinction highlights restaurants offering quality and value

Ahead of releasing the full list of Michelin Dubai winners on 23 May 2023, the Dubai edition of the Michelin Guide has revealed three new Bib Gourmand venues.

The three new Bib Gourmand restaurants are 21 Grams,  "an urban Balkan bistro" with influences from Eastern Europe down to Greece and Turkey; 3Fils, offering Asian small plates with a nod to Japan, and Aamara, a vibrant restaurant that takes inspiration from the Silk Route, serving everything from the Mediterranean to Eastern Asian cuisine.

The Bib Gourmand distinction puts the spotlight on restaurants that offer authentic and memorable culinary experiences at a moderate price.
