Absolute occupancy level is highest of any month in emirate since February 2020
Abu Dhabi’s hotel sector enjoyed its highest occupancy rate in June since the start of the pandemic, according to data from STR, a leading provider of hospitality analytics and marketplace insights.

The emirate’s hotels recorded an average occupancy rate of 68.5%, average daily rate of AED319.95 (US$ 87) and average revenue per available room (RevPAR) of AED219.18 (US$ 59.6), STR reported.
The absolute occupancy rate for the month of June was the highest for any month in Abu Dhabi since February 2020, while the absolute RevPAR was the market’s highest since February 2021.
