The attraction had been expected to re-open in the coming weeks
The Ain Dubai observation wheel is to remain closed through the summer months following its closure for maintenance works in March.
The attraction was launched in October 2021 and at 25o metres high has already become a landmark of Dubai’s skyline and synonymous with the Bluewaters Island development.
It was expected to reopen in early May to coincide with the Eid holidays, following its closure for refurbishment and maintenance on 14 March.

However, a statement on its website confirmed: “Ain Dubai’s temporary closure period, for enhancement works, will be extended through the summer months.
“Over the coming weeks and as part of our commitment to continuously develop the unrivalled guest experience, we are working closely with our customer team and key partners to introduce new and exciting offerings bound to wow visitors. We look forward to welcoming Ain Dubai visitors back soon.”
A re-opening date has yet to be confirmed.
