Aman expands into luxury interior design

The move was inspired by guests who want the hotel chain's aesthetic in their homes

Aman has launched Aman Interiors, a furniture retail division, following demand from long-standing guests wishing to recreate the brand’s quiet luxury at home.

Aman Interiors offers its Foundations Collection range of furniture designs, which draw inspiration from destinations across the globe and are available to clients upon enquiry.

In addition, Aman Interiors will partner with architecture and design talents such as Kengo Kuma, to collaborate on one-off pieces.

The company will also offer an interior design and sourcing service for owners of Aman-branded residences, curating antiques and furniture to be integrated with the bespoke, site-specific Aman Interiors design.

Aman Group chairman, and owner and CEO of Aman Interiors, Vlad Doronin said: “Design and architecture, including furniture design, have long been true passions of mine, and it was Aman’s elevated design aesthetic that first drew me to the brand as a guest. Today, I'm delighted that we can bring the next phase of the Aman lifestyle to our clients with the creation of Aman Interiors.

Doronin continued: “This multi-faceted business will provide direct access to an interior design team that is fully immersed in the world of Aman, both to facilitate the seamless furnishing of Aman Residences and Aman Hotels, and to bring bespoke furniture designs to the market that have been created through the lens of the Aman experience.”

There will be a limited number of Aman Interiors pieces available for purchase, guaranteeing the exclusivity and provenance of each item for decades to come, and the inaugural Foundations Collection will be available for purchase from early 2024.
