New nine-course experience starts from AED2,000

FZN by Björn Frantzén at Atlantis, The Palm has revealed its first seasonal menu of 2026, offering a refreshed nine-course tasting menu combining monthly specials with signature creations. The three‑Michelin‑starred venue is one of two restaurants led by acclaimed Swedish chef Björn Frantzén, joining a list of high-profile eateries at Atlantis Dubai.
Starting 10 March 2026, the experience will be available Tuesday to Saturday, with seating from 7pm to 8pm for guests aged 13 and above. Prices for the tasting menu start at AED2,000 (US$545) with beverage options including wine at AED1,400 (US$380); mixed pairings at AED1,100 (US$300); and non-alcoholic drinks at AED750 (US$205).
FZN offers a mix of contemporary European cuisine with Japanese influences, featuring locally-grown produce and international in-season ingredients. The dining experience begins in a Scandinavian-inspired living room, where a selection of canapés is served, including the Frantzén classic coffee with apricot, rabbit and salted lemon, alongside new creations such as blini with wagyu aburi and unagi.
