Next retreat will take place at Banyan Tree AlUla, Saudi Arabia

Global hospitality company Banyan Group is expanding its services, adding wellbeing retreats to its properties.

The first, entitled 'Women’s Retreat: Nature & Self-Growth' was held at Buahan, a Banyan Tree Escape and delivered "a transformative experience for women, blending holistic personal empowerment with the serene natural splendour of Bali".

The next retreat will be held at Banyan Tree AlUla in Saudi Arabia, followed by another at Buahan, Bali in 2025. At the time of publication, dates have not yet been confirmed.

Retreats feature a mix of workshops and one-on-one sessions based on Banyan Group’s eight key pillars: connection, growth, "groundedness", nourishment, rest, movement, practice and mindfulness.

Each retreat will offer guests a chance to reconnect with themselves. In addition, participants will receive the tools and guidance to "initiate and sustain their wellbeing journey" beyond the retreat, leading to meaningful change.

Ho Ren Yung, Senior Vice President of Brand and Commercial at Banyan Group, said the retreats will serve as a "kickstarter to a lifelong wellbeing routine, empowering guests to actively engage in their own wellbeing journey".
