The design – led by OBMI with interiors from MKV Design with landscaping by RSR Studio – will feature a "modern and fluid" aesthetic inspired by the wooded slopes of the Sierra de las Nieves.

Ample windows will provide expansive views and social spaces will be dotted with orange trees and water features to promote social gatherings in a courtyard-style setting.

Onsite facilities will include adult and family pools

Branded residences, ranging from 97 to 151 square metres in size, will be available in two- and three-bedroom configurations. Angsana residences will also include amenities such as a private courtyard, swimming pool, parking, daily housekeeping and maintenance services.

The hotel will feature 90 nature-integrated guest rooms as well as three dining venues, including all-day dining and signature restaurants, and a pool bar and grill concept.

On site facilities will include meeting spaces, a spa, a kids’ club, adult and family pools and a wedding amphitheatre.

"Real de La Quinta is the second residential resort to be developed in Marbella, a concept on the Costa del Sol in which the priority is to build homes in a natural environment with facilities and services.”

The resort will be home to three dining venues

La Quinta Real State Group CEO Borja Pascual added: “With groups of families and friends increasingly looking for meaningful experiences when on holiday, the upcoming Angsana Real de La Quinta Benahavis Marbella is perfectly positioned to capitalise on a trend that has togetherness at its core.
