Big Bus Tours acquires Tour Dubai

Acquisition adds dhow cruises and desert safaris to the Big Bus offering

Big Bus Tours, the open-top bus sightseeing operator, has acquired Tour Dubai, a provider of dhow cruises and desert safaris in Dubai.

The move means that Big Bus Tours can now offer its customers a wider programme of excursions and adventures in Dubai, incorporating dune bashing, camel rides, falcon interactions, traditional food, live entertainment and shows taking place in Dubai’s Sahara Desert Fortress Camp.

In addition, dhow cruises have joined the Big Bus Tours’ portfolio, using Tour Dubai’s fleet of nine traditional dhows. Scenic cruises take in a number of Dubai’s key landmarks, including Dubai Marina, Dubai Creek and the Dubai Canal. Routes also go as far as neighbouring Abu Dhabi.
