Hidemasa will open in DIFC, Dubai
Created by and named after Hidemasa Yamamoto, the Japanese restaurant will mark its official launch with a chef’s table hosted by the critically acclaimed chef on the 15 and 16 of June 2022.
Diners can look forward to dishes including soba noodles caviar with virgin olive oil; sashimi of fatty tuna, akami, botan shrimp and salmon; marinated black cod and a green tea fondant.

With over 41 years of experience, Yamamoto was the executive chef of The Ritz Carlton in Washington DC where he served the likes of Ronald Reagan, George Bush and Bill Clinton.

The restaurant’s interiors feature design inspired by authentic Japanese heritage. A focal point of the venue is Hidemasa’s open sushi bar, and teppanyaki dining experience where diners can observe the chefs trained by Yamamoto meticulously construct each dish.

Hidemasa is part of the Dolce group, along with French-Mediterranean restaurant La Voile Rouge, Northern African concept Mamounia, and the Dolce Lounge and Nightclub.
