Speaking about his upcoming projects, Hotaru Holdings co-owner chef Othman said: “On the back of pandemic opportunities, we have been fortunate to grow our business and footprint in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. We have a busy year ahead, in particular with the introduction of a new licensed Korean barbecue concept in our Dubai home. The next step for us is to expand further afield internationally in Europe – something that we are currently discussing with partners.”
