Inspired by the playfulness of the Côte d’Azur and the relaxed charm of the Ligurian Riviera, hospitality group Addmind is behind the newly opened Bar Du Port.
The sophisticated yet laidback space is dressed in earth tones accented with raw timber and natural materials and features a large terrace with views of the Dubai Harbour.
The menu was conceived by Hadi Saroufim, Bar Du Port’s executive chef. Highlights include the escargots; oysters; langoustine linguine with caviar and langoustine bisque; wood-grilled octopus with dried chorizo and tomato tartare; slow-cooked 250D grain-fed Angus short ribs; and pain perdu bread pudding served with caramel sauce.
