The new initiative is available to airport guests travelling from DXB’s Terminal 3, gates B and C

Dubai International (DXB) has launched a new DXB&more service to facilitate food orders and duty-free shopping to be delivered to customers directly at their boarding gates or lounges.

Passengers can log in to the service or download the app and browse through a menu from the airport’s restaurants, as well as its duty-free shopping products. Orders can be delivered directly to their gate or lounge or they can be collected from the outlet.

“By introducing DXB&more to Dubai International, we are presenting our guests with a convenient and almost contactless way of enjoying their time in the airport,” says Dubai Airports EVP Commercial Eugene Barry. “For busy travellers short on time, families who prefer to stay in one place or guests of the many airport lounges, DXB&more means they can shop for duty-free items or have something to eat from their favourite restaurant, without having to go too far.”

According to Dubai International, the DXB&more platform will be developed into an “all-encompassing digital DXB experience” and will combine digital entertainment partners, more shopping options and other experiences tailored towards airport guests.
