Dubai set to welcome its first 25hours property

The brand will make its Middle East debut with 25hours Hotel One Central later this year

The first 25hours hotel is set to launch in the Middle East, with the opening of Hotel One Central in Q4 2021.

Overlooking Dubai’s Museum of the Future and comprising 434 rooms and suites, the hotel will “tell the region’s story through its interiors, combining the ancient traditions of the Bedouins with a progressive design and a nod to the future”.

Facilities include co-working spaces with a modern ‘open’ pantry concept, a paint and pottery studio, podcast recording room and record decks. In addition, 25hours Hotel One Central has partnered with Mini to allow guests with a sense of adventure the opportunity to get out and explore the city on their own terms.

Dining options include ERNST, Tandoor Tina, Nomad Day Bar and Monkey Bar

Dining experiences include ERNST – a traditional Bavarian-style eatery, Tandoor Tina for Northern Indian cuisine with a British twist, Nomad Day Bar by Dubai-based cult coffee roasters Nightjar, and the popular Berlin import, Monkey Bar.

The property’s chief executive Christoph Hoffman said: “25hours Hotel One Central is the most exotic 25hours project I have experienced so far. From the beginning of this adventure our aim was to create a new Dubai experience of hospitality. Actually we want it to become the living room, the party cellar, the speakeasy, the romantic hideaway for lovers, as well as the place for relaxed and creative business meetings, inspirational spaces, a fun rooftop for visionary thoughts and views. A new home and playground for the local community and of course travellers from all over the world.”

With 12 locations in nine cities including Berlin, Paris, Zurich and Vienna, 25hours aims to offer an “unconventional approach to hospitality” when it opens later this year.
