Dubai’s Address Beach Resort, JBR welcomes Hong Kong’s Mott 32

Sunset Hospitality CEO says restaurant will serve true Chinese cuisine that does not yet exist in Dubai

Dubai’s Address Beach Resort, JBR has bolstered its culinary offering by welcoming Hong Kong-founded and globally renowned restaurant Mott 32.

The concept, located on the 73rd floor of the hotel, is named after the address of Manhattan’s first Chinese convenience store and reflects the culture and food of modern Hong Kong, marrying traditional Chinese cookery and modern culinary innovation.

Mott 32’s signature dishes include the famed Mott 32 apple wood roasted Peking duck, which takes 48 hours to prepare and is carved alongside diners' tables; jasmine flower-smoked black cod and freshly made dim sum, as well as some on-trend plant-based signatures.

Commenting on the opening, Sunset Hospitality Group CEO Antonio Gonzalez said: “Mott 32 is considered the best international Chinese brand globally, and we're excited about the collaboration with Maximal Concepts, the company behind the Mott 32 brand. I can’t wait to showcase true Chinese cuisine that does not exist in Dubai yet.”

Leaning into Mott 32 Dubai’s sky-high location and ocean view, Joyce Wang Studio has created an airy, ethereal aesthetic, uniting the design concept with the natural surroundings visible through the large sliding doors and the urban jungle terrace. The space also features a terrace with views across Bluewater Island, JBR, Palm Jumeirah and the Ain Dubai.

Mott 32 Dubai will be open for dinner daily between 6pm and 1am.
