Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran Group), the executive arm of the Sultanate of Oman for tourism development, have announced plans for the upcoming Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Muscat, Oman.
Set in close proximity to the Hajar mountains and the Arabian Sea, the luxury development will comprise a resort aimed at both business and leisure travellers looking to visit the historic sights of Oman’s capital city. The project will also include a collection of Private Residences with sweeping views of the Sea of Oman.
Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Muscat, Oman, will be created by redeveloping a former yacht club and marina into 200 rooms and suites and 100 Private Residences. Onsite facilities will include a private beach, five dining outlets and indoor and outdoor pools. In addition to water sports at the beach, additional activities will include tennis, spa and fitness facilities, and a centre for younger guests.
Residents will benefit from a dedicated residential team offering signature Four Seasons service, while also having access to the services and amenities of the neighbouring resort.
