Group to open six properties nationwide in 2026
Hilton is set to deepen its presence in Türkiye with the signing of five new hotels across four brands, reinforcing the company’s long-term development strategy in a market where it has operated for more than 70 years. The latest deals expand Hilton’s lifestyle and upscale portfolio and introduce the flagship Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand to Antalya for the first time.
The signings add 561 keys to Hilton’s Turkish pipeline, with three of the properties located in Istanbul, consistently ranked among the world’s most visited cities, and all four scheduled to open by 2028, including one debuting this year.
They come as Hilton prepares to open five new hotels in the country in 2026, among them Hilton Istanbul Airport and the company’s first cave property, Elika Cave Suites Cappadocia, Curio Collection by Hilton.
Strengthening presence in key hubs
Slated to open in 2028, Hilton Antalya City Centre will deliver the flagship brand to one of Türkiye’s most-visited destinations, adding an urban, full-service hotel to a market best known for its resort offering.
The 254-key new-build will feature extensive meeting and event space, including a grand ballroom and multiple meeting rooms, alongside an expansive spa and wellness centre, indoor and rooftop pools and a choice of dining venues.
Opening in spring 2026, DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Maçka will add 109 rooms and suites in one of Istanbul’s most sought-after districts, close to Nişantaşı and Taksim. Targeting both business and leisure demand, the hotel will offer a lobby lounge, all-day dining, a rooftop restaurant and bar with panoramic views, flexible meeting spaces and fitness and wellness facilities.
Expanding Tapestry Collection footprint in Istanbul
Due to welcome guests in 2027, Gist Istanbul, Tapestry Collection by Hilton will bring 46 individually designed rooms to a well-connected neighbourhood just steps from the Bosphorus and Galataport. The property will offer a restaurant and rooftop bar as well as fitness space, catering to guests seeking a more boutique, neighbourhood-driven stay experience.
Opening in 2028, Hotel Istanbul Şişli, Tapestry Collection by Hilton will add 48 rooms in one of the city’s most dynamic commercial districts. The lifestyle-led hotel will feature a locally inspired restaurant, two meeting rooms and a modern fitness centre, with key retail, cultural and transport links nearby.
