Hilton Munich Airport’s new Michelin-starred restaurant

Hilton Munich Airport’s new Michelin-starred restaurant

This is the latest in a slew of accolades awarded to Munich’s ‘Five-Star Airport’

Mountain Hub Gourmet restaurant at Hilton Munich Airport is celebrating the arrival of its official Michelin star plaque this month.

The Michelin Guide announced its star ratings in Hamburg earlier this year on 9 March 2022 and the fine-dining restaurant at Munich Airport can now celebrate with the lauded plaque.

The restaurant’s inaugural star comes only six months after its reopening

Since then, 33-year-old chef Stefan Barnhusen, who previously worked at Michelin-starred Jellyfish in Hamburg, has impressed guests with his modern cuisine drawing from international influences.
