Seven future properties unveiled in March 2026
International hospitality group Hilton is set to double its lifestyle portfolio across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), to more than 200 properties, including operational and pipeline hotels.
The growth is driven by new signings across Hilton’s Collection and other lifestyle brands, including seven additions unveiled in March 2026, spanning France, Italy, Germany, Ireland and the UK, with flagship properties such as Motto by Hilton Paris La Villette and Hotel Ventura Saint-Tropez, Tapestry Collection by Hilton.
With demand for experience-led stays growing, Hilton has rapidly expanded its lifestyle portfolio across EMEA over the past three years, boosted by new developments and repositioned properties in key urban, resort and cultural sites.

The group continues to diversify its market segments and destination types, most recently through a partnership with urban hotelier Yotel, which will bring its properties into Hilton’s booking and loyalty network.
Simon Vincent, Executive Vice President and EMEA President of Hilton, said: “Our Lifestyle and Collection brands continue to be a powerful growth engine for Hilton, combining distinctive, locally rooted experiences with the scale and strength of our platform.”
In the Middle East, Hilton is launching two new properties in Saudi Arabia in 2026: Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley, marking the second Conrad hotel in the kingdom, and Spark by Hilton Makkah Aziziyah, debuting in Saudi for the first time.
Earlier this year, the group also doubled its Oman portfolio by taking over management of the multi-hotel Barr Al Jissah Resort complex in Muscat, which now comprises Hilton Muscat Al Bandar, DoubleTree by Hilton Muscat Al Waha, and Al Husn Hotel Muscat.
