James Reeves to helm IHG's first Indigo resort in Oman
IHG Hotels & Resorts has appointed James Reeves as General Manager of Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar Resort & Spa, set to open 1 September 2024.
Reeves brings 30 years’ experience in leading luxury hotels across nine countries. Under his leadership, Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar Resort & Spa will target explorers seeking an authentic and inspiring mountain escape.
Thus far, his ability to "navigate complex challenges with grace and composure" has been critical in the development and launch of Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar Resort & Spa.

Perched 2,000 metres above sea level, the opening of the 173-key hotel marks a significant milestone for IHG as the hospitality company's first Hotel Indigo in the region.
