IHG opens first Crowne Plaza hotel in Egypt

Crowne Plaza West Cairo – Arkan is home to Armenian restaurant Mayrig and pan-Asian Miss Li Lee

IHG Hotels and Resorts has announced the debut of its Crowne Plaza  brand in Egypt.

The Crowne Plaza West Cairo – Arkan is located in the west of the Egyptian capital in the Arkan Plaza, a mixed-use development.

The 178 rooms and suites feature modern design, and onsite facilities include  five meeting rooms and event spaces, a Club Lounge and a spacious lobby that can be used for both work and leisure.

The property’s F&B offering includes all-day dining restaurant Amphora, which offers Mediterranean cuisine and a spacious terrace. The hotel is also home to Armenian restaurant Mayrig and contemporary pan-Asian concept, Miss Li Lee.
