IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of InterContinental Riyadh King Fahed Road. This new property is part of a development agreement with Riva Development Company, via its wholly-owned subsidiary Riva Hospitality for Hotel Services Company.
The latest development follows the signing of Hotel Indigo Riyadh King Abdallah Road. The first signing, due to open in March 2025, will be heavily influenced by both local heritage and modern architecture. Also scheduled to launch in 2025, InterContinental Riyadh King Fahed Road will comprise 250 guest rooms and 150 apartments as part of the InterContinental Residences.
