Izu Ani and Julien Roucheteau announce collaborative menu pop-up at Mandarin Oriental Doha

The menu will showcase bold flavours during a week of high-end gastronomy

Mandarin Oriental, Doha and chef Izu Ani are hosting Michelin-starred chef Julien Roucheteau from La Réserve de Beaulieu for a series of collaborative dinners at IZU Restaurant until 30 October 2021.

Chef Julien Roucheteau refined his skills for four years at Le Cinq, a three Michelin star restaurant at the Hotel George V. He then worked alongside chef Michel Troisgros at the Hotel Lancaster Paris as sous-chef. He is now at the helm of one Michelin star restaurant La Réserve de Beaulieu on the French Riviera.

Dishes will comprise French specialties prepared with seasonal ingredients and include chef Izu’s signatures, such as seared langoustine with homemade gnocchi and truffle butter as well as chef Julien’s roasted monkfish medallions with fennel, caviar butter sauce and anise seed lemon steam.
