Kempinski to manage new luxury hotel in Saudi Arabia

The Kempinski Al Qeshan Hotel will be located in the Al Olaya business district in Riyadh

Kempinski Hotels has signed a management agreement for a luxury hotel in the Saudi Arabian capital of Riyadh. 

Marking another step in the hospitality group’s regional expansion, the upcoming five-star Kempinski Al Qeshan Hotel will be located on Riyadh’s King Fahad Road, which is home to a mix of banks, restaurants and retail outlets. 

The hotel will feature 150 rooms and suites, as well as 10 serviced apartments. Aiming to focus on both technical and structural sustainability, the property will also feature a green façade.

Onsite facilities at the 35-storey building will include separate male and female spas, and guests can choose from two restaurants, or they can admire the city’s skyline from the rooftop pool and terrace.

As the economic, administrative and cultural centre, Riyadh is the most populous city in Saudi Arabia with 7.5 million inhabitants.

The Kempinski Al Qeshan Hotel is scheduled to open in 2026.
