Kerzner announces second One&Only resort in Greece

One&Only Aesthesis marks another step in the brand’s European expansion

Following the recent opening of One&Only Portonovi in Montenegro and the announced development of Kea Island in Greece, Kerzner International Holdings Limited (Kerzner), has entered into a resort management agreement with Grivalia Hospitality SA for One&Only Aesthesis to be developed in Athens, Greece.

There has been demand for additional One&Only experiences in Europe following the recent opening of One&Only Portonovi in Montenegro and the announced development of Kea Island in Greece, accelerating the strategic growth of the One&Only portfolio.

Tucked away on the dramatic Glyfada seafront, the property is located within a six-hectare forest reserve. One&Only Aesthesis will place an emphasis on privacy with the majority of the accommodation being secluded villas with private pools.
