The hotel will be Dubai’s second W-branded property

Marriott International has announced the signing of an agreement with Wasl Hospitality & Leisure to open its second W property in Dubai.

Set to welcome its first guests in 2022, W Dubai – Mina Seyahi will be located close to Dubai Marina and JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residences) The Walk. The 31-storey hotel will comprise 318 guest rooms, including 26 suites and an Extreme WOW Suite – the W Presidential Suite.

The hotel will also be home to London’s 1Rebel. Making its UAE debut, the high-energy fitness concept is known for its curated classes, cold-pressed juice bars and music playlists curated by top DJs. There will also be a BAR-B spa, which will have three treatment rooms and a beauty bar.

This new property – which is among several other Marriott International hotels that Wasl brought to and launched in the emirate – will be an exciting addition to Dubai’s hospitality sector.”

Marriott International currently operates six properties and residences under the W Hotels brand across the Middle East.
