Marriott International has signed an agreement with developer and operator Temes SA to debut the W Hotels Worldwide brand in Greece with the opening of W Costa Navarino

Set to open this summer, W Costa Navarino will mark the latest addition to the growing W Escapes portfolio, joining properties in Spain, Switzerland and Portugal.

The new W Escape will be located on the Navarino waterfront, in the sustainable, integrated resort of Costa Navarino in Messinia, southwest Peloponnese

The 13-hectare beachfront property will feature 246 rooms, suites and villas, many with private pools set in the Bay of Navarino with views of the Ionian Sea. The interiors will be by London-based MKV Design, while the property itself was designed by Greek architects Tombazis and Associates Architects.

Active guests will be able to enjoy onsite tennis courts and a water sports hub

Guests will also have access to the destination’s four golf courses and additional outdoor activities, including biking, hiking, rock-climbing and sailing.
