The travel agency's end-to-end payment transactions will be digitised by Mastercard
Mastercard and tourism management company Nirvana Travel and Tourism have joined forces to provide a payment solution to customers booking travel services in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Jordan.
The collaboration aims to facilitate travel for both the corporate and leisure traveller, making it more convenient by digitising the end-to-end payment experience across Nirvana’s value chain. In addition, corporate clients can benefit from integrated travel expense management solutions.
Amnah Ajmal, Mastercard executive vice president of Market Development, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, said: “At Mastercard, we recognise travel as a key passion point, and we know that safe and secure contactless payments have an important part to drive superior customer engagement. We're delighted to collaborate with Nirvana Travel and Tourism and its group of companies, as one of the top travel agencies in the UAE. As their strategic digitalisation partner, we look forward to providing their corporate and retail clients with innovative solutions for a seamless experience.”
Nirvana Holding CEO Alaa Al Ali added: "We always look to develop advanced solutions to further enhance our customer’s journey, and by collaborating with a globally renowned brand like Mastercard, I believe we can take our customer’s experience to elevated levels of excellence.”
Nirvana also offers travel management and planning, corporate travel solutions, visa processing, concierge assistance, event logistics, and retail and wholesale services.
