Masterchef host to partner on four-hand dinner in Dubai

Gary Mehigan to join chef Mansour Memarian at Palazzo Versace Dubai

Palazzo Versace Dubai has partnered with culinary workshop provider Conosh to host two chefs for a private Four Hands Dinner on the 8 and 9 September.

Chefs Mansour Memarian and Gary Mehigan will create a nine-course set menu at the property’s award-winning restaurant, Vanitas.

Mehigan, a household name in his native Australia, will join forces with Memarian, who has been leading the culinary operations and innovation at Palazzo Versace Dubai since 2017, having worked before for renowned Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe and prestigious hospitality brands in GCC.

The fine dining will feature dishes including uni brioche with crustacean coam, yellowtail kingfish with avocado, shima wasabi, yuzu kosho and tamari and wild-caught Normandy scallops.

Guests will also be able to elevate their experience with a curated drinks pairing designed to enhance each dish.

Price: AED1,400 per person for a nine-course set menu with food only
      AED2,000 per person for a nine-course set menu paired with wine
