Minor Hotels appoints new Middle East F&B director

Pedro Carvalho will oversee food and beverage at Anantara, Avani, NH Collection, Oaks and Tivoli

Minor Hotels has appointed Pedro Carvalho as director of Food & Beverage Operations at their regional office in Dubai, UAE. 

Carvalho brings 30 years of experience from some of the UK’s most sophisticated restaurants and members’ clubs. His previous roles include directorial positions at Annabel's in London and The Ivy Collection.

Throughout his career, Carvalho has successfully managed and co-ordinated events for more than 1,000 attendees and overseen a team of more than 560 professionals.

In his new role as director of F&B Operations, Carvalho will be responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of food and beverage planning and service at Anantara, Avani, NH Collection, Oaks and Tivoli properties across the Middle East.
