The UAE’s latest dinner-and-a-show concept has opened at Hilton Hotel, Al Habtoor City
As the region’s hospitality sector continues to push boundaries, The Scent Lounge, a new concept that aims to offer its guests immersive experiences, has opened its doors.
The extravagant venue features fine French and Asian cuisine and cabaret-inspired entertainment.
The venue features velvet interiors
The menu features both hot and cold appetisers, such as hamachi ceviche, tuna akami, chicken gyoza and blue sliders made with Angus beef. There’s also a comprehensive selection of sashimi and maki, including Alaskan salmon maki, hamachi and caviar, and the ‘Crazy Crab Roll’.
Signature desserts include popcorn cheesecake topped with roasted corn flakes and coconut caramel sauce, and a selection of flavoured mochi

The venue’s red velvet interiors contrast with gold accents and guests can choose from two types of seating: enclosed booths offering privacy, or seating near the stage where the show can be enjoyed up close.
The entertainment is an eclectic mix of sets by resident DJ Elie Hajjar, interspersed with roaming performers inspired by French cabaret.
