Set on a natural island in the Raa Atoll, Amari Raaya Maldives is set to open in summer 2023.

Amari Raaya Maldives is an accessible option for travellers visiting the Maldives and will mark the second Maldives hotel to be launched by Onyx Hospitality Group.

The resort features a variety of all-villa accommodation options, both on the island and over-water, ranging from 61 square metres to 1,228 square metres.

Families and groups can opt for a Family Beach or Family Beach Pool Villa, an accommodation offering two interconnected villas and a shared private outdoor living space for quality time together.

Situated on one of the largest natural islands in Raa Atoll at 390,000 sqm,  Amari Raaya has been designed to limit the impact on the indigenous plants and wildlife with much of the lush forest reserved for guest enjoyment, including a natural mangrove with a walking path, ideal for exploring.

The local reef is also home to an abundance of ocean life including sea turtles and bioluminescent plankton.
