New system to deliver personalised stays and streamline operations from booking to checkout
Palazzo Versace Dubai has introduced what it describes as the hospitality industry’s first-of-its-kind fully integrated AI automation system, designed to deliver personalised stays and streamline operations across the entire guest journey.
Developed in collaboration with Quantum Neuron, the new system features Laura, an AI persona powered by Digital Human technology. Unlike a traditional chatbot, Laura manages multi-channel guest interactions before, during and after the stay, with minimal human intervention, providing personalised support based on individual preferences, languages and cultural nuances.
The technology also connects with internal hotel systems, coordinating departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage and guest services through predictive, data-driven automation. This integration enables faster response times, smoother task coordination and greater consistency in service delivery.
Commenting on the launch, Monther Darwish, Managing Director of Palazzo Versace Dubai and Founder of Palazzo Hospitality, said: “This collaboration with Quantum Neuron allows us to transform the guest journey into a more personalised, intuitive and seamless experience."

Across the Gulf, destinations and hotel groups are increasingly embedding AI into the visitor journey, from Dubai Tourism’s rollout of a world-first, citywide one-time contactless hotel check-in system, and AI-powered concierge, translation and itinerary tools such as Address Hotels & Resorts’ Nuha virtual concierge in Dubai.
Recent research from Marriott Bonvoy’s ‘2026 Ticket to Travel’ report indicates that nearly three-quarters of travellers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia have already used AI to research or plan a trip, with around 69% of UAE travellers and 67% of Saudi travellers saying they would feel comfortable booking accommodation through AI platforms in future.
In luxury hotels, AI adoption is higher, with 62% of luxury properties worldwide now using AI‑based virtual assistants for guest service, while nearly half (48%) are using AI‑driven inventory management systems, according to 2024 data from Market Growth Reports.
