Accor expands Egypt footprint with signing of 150-key five-star hotel and residences
Global hospitality group Accor has announced the signing of the Pullman New Capital Hotel & Residences in Cairo, introducing the Pullman brand to Egypt.
Developed in partnership with local entity Contact Developments, the mixed-use destination will feature a 150-key five-star hotel and 100 branded residences spread across high-rise towers.
Located in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital (NAC), 50km east of Cairo, the project will sit close to key business districts and major transport links, including Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.

The Pullman New Capital Hotel will include a spa, fitness centre, pool and two dining venues, while the Pullman Residences will offer serviced living with access to hotel amenities.

Pullman is expanding worldwide, with four new projects set to open in 2026. The brand is launching properties across Vietnam, New Zealand and Montenegro, as well as its first-ever property in the Caribbean.
