Qatar Airways to launch Odessa flights

This marks the carrier’s second Ukrainian destination after Kyiv

Qatar Airways has announced that it will operate flights three times a week to Odessa, Ukraine from 9 December 2021. 

The service will be operated by the airline’s Airbus A320, comprising 12 business class seats and 120 seats in economy class. It will give leisure travellers from the Ukraine additional access to the airline’s network of popular destinations, including the Maldives, the Seychelles and Zanzibar while giving Qatar residents an opportunity to explore Odessa.

Qatar Airways Group chief executive Akbar Al Baker said: “We have been operating flights to Ukraine since August 2017 and our launch to Odessa marks a milestone in our history with the country. Odessa is rightly known as the pearl of the Black Sea and we look forward to bringing visitors from around the world to explore its rich cultural history.”
