Trio of hotels will double the group’s portfolio in Jeddah, adding a total of 625 rooms

Radisson Hotel Group has announced the signing of three hotels in Saudi Arabia.

The operator will open three properties, one each under its Radisson Blu, Park Inn by Radisson and Radisson Individuals brands.

The group confirmed the signing of Vivid Jeddah Hotel, part of the Radisson Individuals brand, which is set to open in Q4 2021. Two additional properties, the Radisson Blu Hotel, Jeddah Al Hamra and the Park Inn by Radisson Jeddah Al Hamra, are scheduled to open in Q3 2022.

Elie Milky, Radisson Hotel Group’s vice-president of business development in the Middle East, Cyprus, Greece and Pakistan, said: “Our partnership with Dar Al Diyafah to double our portfolio in Jeddah with the new signings will contribute to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and its economic diversification plan to increase the contribution of leisure and business travel and tourism to the country’s economy.”

All three properties are located in the heart of Jeddah’s Hamra area, a financial and entertainment district which is a stone’s throw away from the Corniche and the Old City.

Speaking about the agreement with Radisson Hotel Group, Dar Al Diyafah spokesperson Fawzi Talal Al Sulaimani said: “We are proud to be partnering with Radisson Hotel Group, and we look forward to leveraging the group’s experience and knowledge to offer world-class amenities and excellent service to guests.”
