Located in the heart of Saudi Arabia’s capital, Villa Palma draws influence from Greece, Spain, Italy, France and Morocco
Designed by FA Architects, the 1,250 square-metre Villa Palma restaurant comprises a light-filled dining room with colourful Italian-inspired furniture and artisanal tableware.
At the epicentre of the restaurant, is a Moroccan courtyard, which will host performances on a custom-built stage, just as Saudi Arabia opens up to live entertainment.
Villa Palma’s extensive menu features dishes such as tuna tartare; patatas bravas (Spanish-style spiced potatoes); beetroot and lentil salad, and Italian focaccia di Romana rosa bread with sauce for starters.
Standout mains include black truffle pizza; Wagyu tenderloin; grilled whole lobster; salt-crusted sea bass; pasta and paella.
Villa Palma’s dessert selection features vanilla panna cotta; flourless chocolate cake and Basque cheesecake.
