Sharjah Airport introduces supportive measures for Hajj pilgrims

New procedures will help to ensure a safe and seamless experience for Hajj travellers

Sharjah Airport has implemented a range of measures to facilitate travel for passengers flying to Saudi Arabia for this year’s Hajj season.

The procedures in place include performing any necessary medical tests, providing guidelines for a safe travel experience, allocating a lounge with hospitality services and appointing dedicated teams to assist passengers where necessary.

Sharjah Airport has also allocated additional check-in kiosks, passport control kiosks, smart gates and luggage transportation vehicles in order to help expedite Hajj pilgrims’ travel more seamlessly.

The initiatives reflect the airport authority’s commitment to offering an exceptional travel experience for all travellers.
