Swiss hospitality school moves Dubai campus to Ink Hotel

Hotel and Tourism Management Institute Switzerland Dubai was previously headquartered at the Studio One hotel

Newly opened in Dubai’s Al Jaddaf area by Dubai Creek, Ink Hotel will serve as the new home base for theSwitzerland Dubai branch of the Hotel and Tourism Management Institute (HTMi).

HTMi Switzerland Dubai offers its students an environment for experiential learning. Students can hone skills in all areas of hospitality and are encouraged to interact with the hotel’s guests to put theory into practice.

Once graduated, students can opt to take part in a six-month internship programme where they work full-time for the hotel in their respective departments, while gaining more valuable experience and kick-starting their careers.

Ink Hotel general manager and business director of HTMi Switzerland Dubai Judit Toth said: “We’re constantly in search of new challenges and aim to motivate everyone to pursue their dreams while staying young at heart. The four-star Ink Hotel is a boutique property comprising five storeys and 63 rooms. Committed to sustainability, the property has installed solar panels on the roof, and staff uniforms and amenity bottles are made from recycled plastic.
