Somerset Downtown Al Khobar will be joined by more openings in next three years

The Ascott Limited and property development firm Almutlaq Real Estate Investment Co have announced the opening of a new property in the Saudi city of Al Khobar.

To celebrate the opening of the new property, members of Ascott’s loyalty programme, Ascott Star Rewards (ASR), will be eligible for a discount of up to 60% off bookings and can earn triple ASR points with each stay.

Somerset Downtown Al Khobar is the latest addition to Ascott’s burgeoning Middle East, Africa and Turkey portfolio and is one of several openings planned across the region over the next three years.

The 16-storey, 139-key property offers one-, two- and three-bedroom serviced apartments, each featuring views of the city through floor-to-ceiling windows.
