Nick Patmore to lead TFG’s largest project to date
The First Group (TFG) has appointed Nick Patmore as the Managing Director for Ciel Dubai Marina, the company's "largest and most luxurious project" to date.
According to the group, Ciel is a development that will "set a new global benchmark as the world’s tallest hotel upon completion". Designed by London-based architect NORR Group, the building will feature a glass observation deck offering views across Dubai Marina and beyond to Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf.
In his role as Managing Director, Patmore will oversee all aspects of hotel operations to maximise profitability while ensuring every guest has an exemplary stay. He will also focus on fostering a positive work environment, promoting staff development, and ensuring the highest quality and service standards.
With more than 25 years of industry experience, Patmore is a results-driven leader with a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry.

In his previous role as Hotel Manager at JW Marriott Marquis and leadership positions at establishments including Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai and One&Only Cape Town, he has shown his ability to drive success and innovation in high-profile environments.
Patmore has also worked closely with multiple celebrity chefs, including Nobu Matsuhisa, Gordon Ramsay, Atul Kochhar and Reuben Riffel.
