The Lodge at Blue Sky wins World’s 50 Best Hotels’ One to Watch Award

The Utah lodge is a 35-minute drive from Salt Lake City airport in the US

The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Resorts Collection, has won the One to Watch Award in the Inaugural World’s 50 Best Hotels 2023 listing.

The luxurious 46-key Utah lodge is designed to complement its natural surroundings, a setting of 3,500 acres of lush, untamed landscape. Located 35 minutes from Salt Lake City airport, the lodge features a female-led regenerative farm where guests can learn about sustainable growing practices or hike trails with a wildlife biologist in the summer months. In the winter, they can ski fresh powder or snowshoe to a fondue dinner in a private mountaintop yurt.

Signature restaurant Yuta offers all-day dining using sustainably sourced, heirloom ingredients, many of which are cultivated on-site at Blue Sky’s farm. The casual Tavern and The Refectory at High West Distillery make up the trio of dining options.

The Edge Spa is built on a dramatic precipice overlooking Blue Sky's creek, while outdoor activities range from heli-skiing to fly fishing and horseback riding.
