The World's 50 Best Restaurants extended list has been revealed

This year’s list includes 12 new entries from 11 different cities, including one from Dubai

Ahead of this year’s World's 50 Best Restaurants awards ceremony, to be held later this month on 20 June 2023 in Valencia, organisers today revealed the extended list of restaurants ranking at numbers 51 to 100.

Dubai's Ossiano helmed by chef Gregoire Berger is among the entries putting their cities on the global culinary map.

The number one to 50 winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony, which will be streamed live on the 50 Best YouTube page
