As Eid dates are confirmed, flight retailer reveals the most-booked destinations by UAE and Saudi travellers

In Saudi Arabia, bookings for travel this July and August increased by 325% in May compared to the previous month. UAE bookings were up by 156% for the same period.

In line with upcoming Eid Al Adha holiday, the week commencing 4 July 2022 is the most popular week for travellers to depart both the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Travellers are booking both sides of the long Eid Al Adha weekend, which is set to begin Friday 8 July with Arafat Day and continue until Tuesday 12 July, giving holidaymakers a four-day weekend to enjoy without losing company holiday dates, while many others are maximising their time off with a one- or two-week break.

UAE travellers can find economy return deals to holiday favourites, such as Manila for AED2,181 and Istanbul from AED1,084 this July, while Saudi travellers can find deals to Cairo from SAR855 and London for SAR 3,648.
