Famed seafood restaurant Estiatorio Milos recently opened in Dubai's Atlantis The Royal

VistaJet has announced a partnership with a renowned Greek restaurant Estiatorio Milos, which has outposts in cities all over the world, including New York, London, Athens and Dubai.

A VistaJet’s representative said the private jet hire company has decided to introduce the new menu after Milos became one of the most requested restaurants by VistaJet clients.

In addition to Milos' signature dishes, specially created dishes include a lobster salad created by Milos chef and founder Costas Spiliadis, exclusively available onboard.

Costas Spiliadis, Chef and Founder of Milos, said: “As pioneers in our respective fields, I’m excited for this new partnership between VistaJet and Estiatorio Milos.

"It's our pleasure to introduce the refreshingly light Milos lobster salad, to be exclusively available to VistaJet clients who recognise freshness and quality.”
