Private aviation firm VistaJet launches menu by Milos

Famed seafood restaurant Estiatorio Milos recently opened in Dubai's Atlantis The Royal

VistaJet has announced a partnership with a renowned Greek restaurant Estiatorio Milos, which has outposts in cities all over the world, including New York, London, Athens and Dubai.  

A VistaJet’s representative said the private jet hire company has decided to introduce the new menu after Milos became one of the most requested restaurants by VistaJet clients. 

In addition to Milos' signature dishes, specially created dishes include a lobster salad created by Milos chef and founder Costas Spiliadis, exclusively available onboard.

VistaJet vice president private dining Diego Sabino said: “We're uncompromising when it comes to in-flight dining. I believe that food at altitude should taste as good as food at your favourite restaurant.

The VistaJet fleet comprises more than 360 aircraft, from the Gulfstream G450 to the Global 7500, which can fly nonstop from Miami to Greece.
