The chef will transform a Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi restaurant into Cracco Portofino
Usually at the helm of his Michelin-starred Ristorante Cracco in Milan, Italian chef and TV personality Carlo Cracco is set to return to Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi from 20 November to 11 December 2023.
Having previously visited Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi in July, Cracco was inspired by Glow’s restaurant's setting, likening its sunset views to those of his other establishment, Cracco Portofino, in Italy.
Guests can expect multi-course menus rooted in Italian tradition and elevated through Cracco’s creative execution.
