Zuha Island is scheduled to launch on 30 June 2025
Zaya Hospitality, the developer behind Abu Dhabi’s Zaya Nurai Island, has announced a new private island project called Zuha Island.
The development located on The World Islands off the coast of Dubai will comprise 30 exclusive villas for purchase and 70 resort villas starting from AED60 million.

Zaya is a developer with a track record of building communities integrated in their natural surroundings. Past projects include Dubai residential neighbourhood Al Barari as well as Nurai Island.
The villas range in size from one- to eight-bedrooms. Treehouse villas offering views across the island are also available. According to the developer, the homes will each have a unique character expressed through their architecture, interior design and outdoor spaces.

Zuha Island residents will also have access to a wide range of facilities including an all-day dining complex, a beach club, a spa and a kids’ club.
