Hilton’s first luxury hotel in the heart of Paris, SAX Paris occupies a restored 1899 neo-Gothic landmark in the 7th arrondissement. There are 118 accommodations, all with marble bathrooms and many with private terraces, while three suites include in-room cocktail stations. Guests arrive via The Galerie, a stylish social hub with Baccarat chandeliers, and can relax in the gardens with its heated pool. Rooftop restaurant Kinugawa combines French-Japanese cuisine and cocktails with Eiffel Tower views, and there’s a spa with a hammam, plus a gym and bicycles to borrow. Guest experiences include gourmet picnics and private Seine cruises.
