Opening Q2 2022, the 157-key Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, Mexico will offer accommodations with private pools, plus a golf course, a spa and a 35-acre on-site working farm supplying the resort’s restaurants. Dining options will include poolside taqueria Nacho, serving fast snacks, while Sal, just steps from the Pacific Ocean, will offer elevated seafood dishes, and Coyul, led by Mexican chef Elena Reygadas, will take modern Mexican cuisine in new directions. Dedicated to the concept of ‘rewilding’, only 2% of the surrounding nature reserve will be developed and a Discovery Centre will be the starting point for guests to explore it.
