Cruise lines sailing the Middle East this November include Aida Cruises, Costa, Emerald Cruises and MSC Cruises. Here’s a look at some of the itineraries on offer.
Costa Toscana, Costa Cruises

From 17 December 2022 through to 11 March 2023, the latest flagship in the fleet of Italian company, Costa Cruises, the Toscana will offer a week-long itinerary to the UAE and Oman. The Costa Toscana itinerary will provide more time for visiting the destinations in the itinerary with two-day/one-night calls in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the UAE, and Muscat in Oman. On the New Year’s journey, the overnight call is only in Dubai.
Dhahab Experience, Six Senses Zighy Bay
Six Senses Zighy Bay has added a new luxury experience to its offering in the form of one- and two-night private voyages aboard its recently refurbished dhow, a traditional wooden ship used in the Arabian Gulf. Promising the ultimate sea-hotel adventure, guests can discover the dramatic coastline and fjords of Musandam, known as the Norway of the Middle East. The journey can be booked as part of the resort’s ‘Stay and Cruise’ offer.

With just 100 guests on board, an Emerald Cruises luxury yacht provides a small-ship experience with intimate service and relaxing spaces on board. Upon arriving in Abu Dhabi, guests will board and embark on a cruise of the Gulf. Stops include Sir Baniyas Island and Fujairah in the UAE, and Khasab and Zighy Bay in Oman, before a final stop back in the UAE in Dubai.
MSC World Europa, MSC Cruises

The first LNG-powered vessel in MSC's fleet, MSC World Europa is an attraction in itself with its Y-shaped stern that opens onto a 90-metre-long promenade, offering a panoramic view of the sea. This seven-night cruise sails from Dubai, visiting Abu Dhabi, Sir Bani Yas (UAE), Dammam (Saudi Arabia) and Doha (Qatar), ending back in Dubai.
