Peace of Mind Promise allows guests to postpone just one day before departure
Crystal Cruises is giving guests greater flexibility with an industry-first initiative that allows them to postpone their cruise booking just a day before scheduled departure.
Recognising that plans may need to change unexpectedly, Crystal's Peace of Mind Promise means guests can book in advance with confidence knowing that they have the option to change dates should the need arise.
Cruise itineraries are often unveiled two years in advance, so having the ability to book with flexibility is a great benefit for passengers.
Guests will now be able to claim a Future Cruise Credit by opting in to the Promise at the time of booking, for a nominal fee of 10%. The credit can then be applied to another sailing within the next 12 months, with travel completed within 24 months of the original booking.

"We believe in putting our guests first," said Dan Essex, Head of Sales, GCC of Crystal Cruises. "Our Peace of Mind Promise is designed to provide peace of mind and flexibility, ensuring that our guests' investments in travel are protected."
The Peace of Mind Promise is available on all Crystal Cruises voyages.
Crystal recently unveiled sailings across its two-ship fleet for the second half of 2027, with itineraries featuring longer port stays, more overnights and regionally focused voyages.
